You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use the Services. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen and the matter reported as required by applicable law.

If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately.

While bonus funds are active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit — whether per spin, per hand or per wager — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit during bonus play is specified in each individual offer's terms and is typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per bet, though this varies by offer.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering, while table games and live casino products may contribute at a reduced rate (for example, 10% to 20%). All bonus offers have an expiry period, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date of activation, unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

we998 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where the Operator suspects the integrity of an event, identifies a pricing error, or determines that a wager breaches these Terms. In the event that a bet or game outcome is calculated or displayed due to a manifest error, technical glitch or pricing mistake, we998 reserves the right to void the bet and return stakes. we998 shall not be liable to honour obviously erroneous prices, including odds that are materially inconsistent with the market at the time of placement.
Where a sporting event or match is cancelled, postponed or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the Operator's standard void-bet policy as published on the Platform. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach by the User, we998 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. In all other cases of termination, the User's verified real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting we998's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding bets are settled and all applicable KYC and compliance checks are satisfied. Note that if you close your Account, any uncompleted wagering requirements on active bonuses will lapse and bonus funds will be forfeited.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is duly incorporated and/or licensed.
